★★★★★
PositiveThey have a good staff. It is a clean and caring environment. I would recommend this facility to others who are searching for care for their loved one.
★★★★★
PositiveFacility is very nice, kept clean. Majority of the staff is very accommodating, pleasant to speak with. They, like everyone else, sometimes were short staffed, at no fault to the facility. We really liked the private room setting for my Mom. Didn't feel like an 'institution' like some care facilities can. My mom was diabetic, I think their menu was a little tough on her. ★★★★★
PositiveKeelson was very accommodating to my sister's needs. She felt almost immediately at home and seems to have fitted in well. Keelson communicates her needs to us. I would recommend Keelson to other prospective customers.

Most of the workers try hard to be accommodating, but the shortage of help puts a load on all of them. Unfortunately, this is the world we live in today. The place is clean and does not smell. I wouldn't know if the food was good or not.. my mom eats and does not complain. Keelson was very accommodati…
★★★★★
PositiveWe chose Keelson Harbour because I was hoping he could go into memory care but it did not end up that way. Another reason was I needed to be in a place that had assisted living that could help me in and out of bed. The food here is more institutional and I would prefer more homemade cooking. But the staff members are great and I would definitely recommend.
