CriticalWhile the individual care providers are, for the most part, very kind and helpful, the Administrative Staff, with one exception, leaves much to be desired. I have made numerous requests to meet with members of the Administrative Staff, with NO response.

PositiveI visited Aegis of San Francisco's assisted living facility, and my brother will be moving there. I like that it was bright inside and the rooms are fairly good size. The staff members that I met also seemed very nice and very welcoming. I think they have a library and at least one garden that you could walk out or wheel out to.

CriticalFor the past 2 ½ years, my mother-in-law has been a resident at Aegis of San Francisco in South San Francisco, where the overall facility and staff are nice and dedicated. PositiveI went to Aegis of San Francisco. I would give them five for everything, but the prices are just all over the range of possibilities. It's just a very nice facility. Filipino staff. Everything about it is top-rate. The apartments are better, nicer in size, more appointments. The whole facility is top-grade. It's owned by a chain, and there's a lot of them in the Seattle area.
