We visited Alaris Health at Cedar Grove's nursing facility for my father. The location was perfect for the whole family, it's essentially located near us. We liked what we saw and what they said about the care, so everything fit what we were looking for. We like the cleanliness of it and the friendliness of the staff. The rooms are nice, big, and airy. A relative was sent to Aleris, Cedar Grove after a fall, fracturing her neck. Because of her age, surgery was not an option; therefore, a neck brace had to be worn. Well, needless to say, her neck brace was NEVER ON! Meals were left either on bed table or general table in recreation room without any assistance so most times, my relative was NOT fed. Dr. told relative to drink lots of water/fluids. Again, full cup left in room or rec room and only when we visited 2x a week did my relative drink like at least 2-3 cup…

My mom was a recent patient here for a little over 6 weeks while recovering from a fractured pelvis she suffered in a fall. The care she received at Alaris cedar Grove was consistently first rate.
