Positive5 all the way around. The entire staff are kind and attentive. They offer a personalized service that is comforting. The food is excellent, the facilities are maintained and cleaned consistently. My brother's apartment is adorable, he has a studio with tons of natural light. He's very happy there. Yes I would totally recommend ABQ Grand.

PositiveAlbuquerque Grand Senior Living seems like a very clean and nice community. It was quiet. There was no one around or nothing going on when I was there touring. It was kind of late afternoon-ish. They're rebuilding. I think they only have maybe 30 residents at the moment, and they have room obviously for a lot more. They're renovating all of the apartments, and all of the apartments are unique. I think it's going to be a really interesting space to live in, but right now it's quiet and kind of in…

PositiveI have lived at the Albuquerque Grand now for almost 4 years and throughout, I have been able to take on my writing passion and have been able to spend ample time working on my research paper; but when I need an escape, it's nice to know that our community hosts fun and engaging activities. The meals are very good, and I like the dining structure, between being free-to sit anywhere you like in the dining room, as well as the times as it makes it easy to develop a schedule. I hardly have to leave the community …

PositiveMy mother spent eight wonderful years at Albuquerque Grand until her passing at 91. She made great friends and had nothing but kind words for the staff and management. She loved the activities—especially Bingo and group games—and always felt well cared for. If she wasn’t feeling her best, someone was quick to check on her and offer support. Every visit reminded us how clean, well kept, and festively decorated the community was, especially during the holidays.

PositiveSince moving here about 7 1/2 months ago, it's been such a positive change. I love how casual and welcoming it is here. People are always happy to include you in what they're doing, which has made it so easy to connect with others. I can sit with different people at meals and actually meet everyone, which is a huge plus. There aren’t those tight cliques that can make you feel left out, which I really appreciate. My room is a total sanctuary – it's super comfortable, and the big, bright windows make i…

PositiveEveryone here has been incredibly kind and patient. The staff is so attentive, especially with Jordan, my dog. It's only been about a month, but I'm so glad I chose this community as it's made the move so much less stressful. I've been able to focus on my health and work towards walking independently again. I love being around people, and the residents here are so friendly. It's such a relief not having to worry about cooking or cleaning for myself anymore.
