My dad has been a resident here for more than six months, so we’ve had the opportunity to see both the strengths and the challenges of the facility. The staff genuinely cares about the residents and works hard to provide quality care. It’s clear that they are often short-staffed, and I’ve seen administrators step in and work alongside the caregivers to make sure residents are taken care of, which says a lot about their commitment. I like that the facility is small and you get to know the employees and residents/and their families. They had events for Christmas, thanksgiving, Easter, Halloween, etc. my grandson has been able to go to some of these things and fun for the residents to see them enjoying the events.

I loved the fact that Allay was a smaller facility and presented a more "homey" feel, rather than other facilities that I toured. 2. The facility was usually clean and tidy.
