PositiveMom is well cared for...great place!
5 to all, I love this place! One thing is every month they have a family night. Entertainment, and food. It's great when the weather is nice we all go outside. My mom is in the Memory Care Unit and they are well cared for. Also they have an area with tv. They also do puzzles, crafts etc. if there is a medical problem they are well cared for.

I can’t say enough good things about Aviva Hills. My mom was sold on it when she first walked in by the atmosphere and then secondly by the excellent food. They have so many activities for the residence to do and [name removed] gets everybody involved. Finally, the staff are all very upbeat and pleasant to talk to. They are always joking with my mom and she feels very much at home there.

The facility is very clean and the staff is friendly. They have many activities for the residents. You do have to really advocate to get information about your loved one. An orientation would be a helpful implement bc I felt like it was a learn as you go about somethings, but overall, no complaints. It's a good place.

Second facility for my mom. She is in aviva's memory care- their staff to ratio is great. They know where residents are at all times. It's a smaller unit and they interact a lot with residents. Always appears clean in main areas. Each staff member knows residents by name. Administrative staff is responsive and keeps family updated from change in meds to trip outings.
