Something has changed there are no longer any of the people who made the place a “ happy” atmosphere have left? The management is difficult to see regarding problems. My brother’s wallet is missing with $[removed]dollars. His clothes are dirty and I have never seen some of the clothes in his closet. He is not as clean as he was kept before and they are raising the care level another $[removed]without any explanation. They just raised it in Jan 2026. The cleanliness is mixed as they had a housekeeping shortage and the room wasn't cleaned at all or not well. The value for cost is mixed due to their point system even if their facility doesn't do any extra care or work (example: if a patient had a rehab nurse, outside OT or PT)

The facility is quite clean and they keep my mom clean and her room nice and tidy. She's gained 10 lbs since she's been there because of the nutritious food she's getting. She needed to gain weight! She has gotten close to a couple of the staff members that really like my mom. Her apartment is nice size and she has a very pretty view out to the yard and a water fountain. They keep her very busy with lots of activities throughout the day. She even got to lead exercise class yesterday which she loved doing! Overall …

I feel their add on " nursing care is rather inflated with what they do. [Name Removed] pays [Amount Removed] for very minimal care. Check where the extra care will land on their scale of charges
