PositiveThe laundry machines are protruding from the closet space into the hallway. There are no doors to cover up the machines and laundry supplies and to muffle the sound of the machines which are located outside my Mom's room. The backyard deck has deferred maintenance due to the rotted deck wood and is unused as a result. The lighting is dim. The caregivers are very friendly.

PositiveThe difference between Always TLC and other places is that the owner and the staff actually demonstrate that they care. And caring is not just the word. It's about the actions and the attitudes of the caregivers. The key thing that we noticed was a huge shift in positive attitude as compared to the place my mom was at before, which was run solely as a business and was very cost-oriented.
