My experience was not very pleasant in the 6-8 weeks leading up to my move into Amberlin. If I asked questions, I had to wait 1-2 weeks for a response. That response was often received after a second/third followup with the leasing agent. My experience in this regard was not a " one-off" experience- it was consistent everytime I reached out. I love the place most because of the large outdoor space around it for walking and quiet time. I love our patio yard. I have the 2 bedroom with extra office which has a small closet. It is as large as a lot of homes. I have a patio with fenced in yard with raised bed gardens. The staff are very friendly and responsive. I take 3 exercise classes a week from professional instructors. There are frequent fun socials. Maintenance crew is very friendly and hard working. The place is very pet friendly with fenced dog run…

This is a nice quiet apartment community for those over 55. It is advertised "Active 55+" I am 62, I am guessing many of the people here are retired and over 70; I don't see a lot of younger active people, but maybe that is because they are all working? I chose this place because I work from home and needed a quiet place to live, since I spend so much time at home. I am happy with my choice I feel very safe here.

It has been voted tops in Austin area. They need to have more diabetic menu options. I would like more exercise classes. One daily during the week would be nice. It is a bit pricey, but there are a lot of programs and socials! I like the maintenence provided.
