I toured Pointe at Cedar Park. It seemed nice. It was clean when I walked into the place. It smelled clean. That made a good first impression because I didn't smell anything. The rooms were okay. They weren't fancy or anything. It's a small place. The person that was in charge, showed me around, she took me into different rooms and explained to me what they would need. She also said I could come back any time. I didn't have to make an appointment if I wanted to show my sisters. She was friendly …

Our experience with The Pointe At Cedar Park was not good, it was a negative experience. At times they did not have adequate staffing and we would not recommend them.

My mom has moved into the Pointe at Cedar Park. The main reason why we chose them was because it was not very large, it was kind of small, and the location was a good location for us. Also, it had good reviews from what I had read. The staff are very friendly and seem very professional. For activities they have bingo, and they have a crossword group there. The physical facility seems pretty clean. They have fairly limited amenities because it's such a small place, but overall, it seems good.

My mother LOVES The Pointe at Cedar Park

My mother has been at The Pointe since February 2023 and absolutely loves it. The first few days were tough for her but once she made friends and started enjoying all of the activities she was hooked!! It is a small place so the employees remember our names which makes us feel very welcome. The Director, [name removed], is AWESOME. The Pointe staff was nice. It was a good tour, but the facility a bit dated which is why we chose [facility name removed] Both seemed equal other than the age of building.

I didn't really love The Pointe at Cedar Park because the facilities were a bit older and the director who gave me my tour seemed rushed and hurried to get me out the door.
