From helping my Dad getting relocated, to exit. The staff have been more than understanding and compassionate to my Dad's care. There have been different occasions where they had redirected my Dad, helpful and concerned for his well being. Very supportive, very communicative. I have no complaints, I am very thankful, American House Jenison helped us through a very adverse time. Very grateful.

Overall experience has been good except like I mentioned the sign up move in process. Needs to have more communication. The staff has been good so far. My dad has accelerated dementia so he's not involved in many activities so I don't have a lot of knowledge on those but they do have them. I think a lot of the food looks good but my dad does not like it but he's kinda picky. The facility is very clean and they do a good job at cleaning the rooms. His room is a good size but some are smaller. I guess average size. N…
