We have no concerns so far. The staff has been very helpful and attentive. The apartment seems to be a good size. I would recommend to others.

CriticalGood but needs to do better
Overall, it's a good staff. The night shift could be more attentive, the nursing staff are great, the housekeeping leaves a lot to be desired. Overall, the facility is attractive, with plenty to do when the residents partake. Management drops the ball at times, but they try to make things right when something is brought to their attention. There is enough good there to make me glad my mom is there.

The care staff is generally very good but I have noticed at times they are clustered in a room together instead of with the residents. The room has windows so they can see out but they can't see everyone and a few times when I am there I've had to go into that room and told them a resident they couldn't see needed help. I don't think they should be all taking a break together. It is usually very clean and the apartment size is perfect. I would like to see them do a better job of keeping resident's sheets and clothe…

I would give them 5 stars, we are very happy there. The staff is amazing, they are very personable with the residents and the family as well. They are very attentive as well. The room is a good size for one person and they always keep everything clean. Daddy enjoys the food, and they offer a good variety.

Staff is attentive but short staffed. Observed a patient fall in DR and no one around to help. Room was clean on arrival but not cleaned weekly. Dining room often not cleaned between meals with dirty tables and food in floor. Room is adequate size. Shower is very small for a 6 ft 3 male. Evening staff seems frustrated with patients not staying in bed. I was told at admission that the would not be an issue.
