I am pleading that the money spent to stay in this facility was going towards the team to be more helpful, sadly it seems that is not the case. Slow dinner service. Which on the topic of dinner, can be cold, and usually unappetizing.Medical care, if it could be called such, is very much dependent on the employee. Sad that there had been so much turnover that we are seeing new faces to have to keep track of. Events have some that can be decent, but others can be scarce and depressing to walk near. PositiveThough there is a 1.5 year wait [name removed] was happy to give us the option of a tour. We are glad we did tour as it gave us the opportunity to see what they offer - which is a lot! American House has set a high bar to compare with other communities as the units and amenities are very impressive. We added our name to be placed on the wait list in spite of the extensive wait. However, they reach out to everyone in the Fall to update the list which can lower our position on the list.

Really disgusted by the food here. Why is it that they cannot seem to improve after there have been resident meetings so frequently and such vocal uproar to management. They really need to get things together here and prioritize this being as bad as it is, when we are paying an arm and leg to reside here. Take care of this issue. Slop should not be served to anyone.

This place is dated and just drab; I do not enjoy visiting my family when coming here. The food and events could be improved, and my family speaks openly about their discontent. I would say this place has a lot to do to be in good standing for me and my family.

My loved one has been at this facility for a few months now. There are vocal disappointments from them and other residents that I am hear on every visit. I thought for the price being charged, these comments would not be as frequent as they are. I wish this was not the case, and that the price was not as high as we are paying.
