I toured American House Southgate. It was very nice. I think their lobby was very nice, and the people seemed friendly. A lot of people would talk to you in the hallways. They have puzzle boards going, which I love. The layout was very nice. Overall, it was very good. They have a movie theater and a PS5 or something where you can play games, which was impressive. The dining room looked very nice.

I toured American House Southgate. What I like most about it is probably that you can get all the meals there. We were looking for a place that would provide transportation because my husband is on dialysis, and they do provide transportation, or at least provide a way for him to get there. The whole thing was a good setup for us, but we couldn't afford it. Also, we never got down to exactly how much it would be, and that's what I didn't like about it. We just recently moved my mother in law into Southgate American House and she loves it. I had been looking for the right place for her for months and found it here. When I went in for the tour [names removed](sorry not sure correct spelling) were so kind and helpful. They really put me at ease. The residents were also very friendly and helpful.
