Staff and atmosphere are friendly and warm. My mom has a studio. We were so surprised how roomy it is! Amenities offered are great. My mom even has someone doing her laundry ($[fee removed]/week) in addition to the complimentary linen service.

I moved to Maple Heights because it's closer to my family. After living away for over 20 years, it lets me reconnect with them. The staff is top-notch and does their best to help everyone. The food portions are small. If you do not buy your own food, you could not get by. To get good food, you need to buy it yourself. The facility is excellent. The woman who did the initial intake process was great but she was not honest about how the transportation worked. When I reached out, she never responded. It may me feel as though it was a "money grab" as opposed to having the patient's interest as the most important thing. Thankfully the front desk staff was really nice.
