★★★★★
PositiveThe staff is great and everything is working out well. Mum has been there just over a year and safe and happy.
★★★★★
PositiveOur tour of Apple Springs Senior Living was all good. It's nice and clean. They showed us a one-bedroom apartment. I think they had like TV and crafts for activities. However, I just don't understand how they do the billing.
★★★★★
PositiveApple Springs is a nice place. It's comfortable and clean with amazing people around.
★★★★★
CriticalThe staff members at Apple Springs were very friendly, and our loved ones room was clean. I wasn't around for meals, the activities or around to the different careservices. It seems expensive to me. Dad never commented on any of it.
★★★★★
PositiveApple Springs Senior Living was a good facility. It was clean and nice. It was a lot bigger than what we originally thought it was going to be. They're more like small apartments than just a room. The staff was helpful and friendly. They have a bunch of puzzle tables and little things for folks to do and a big dining hall for events. Everyone seemed pretty happy with where they were. It was just expensive. Kathy was polite and helpful. She asked relevant questions.
★★★★★
PositiveI think it was an excellent experience. Understand that it's assisted living and not nursing care. So just be sure that you go over with the admitting people all the things your loved one needs to make sure that it's a good fit. But for assisted living, It was a good place. The staff are amazing, and the meals I had were excellent. My mom told me that breakfast was the best, and the noon meal is good, but supper was just okay.
