They are excellent in all areas. I'm very happy with them. They have excellent communication and have been great w my mom. They took a huge worry weight off my shoulders. The meals are great and the room is good size

No.1 will be the loving, caring, personal touch shown to my wife (Name Removed) while she was here. Compassion shown to loved ones during this time. The everyday care for the Residents who are dependent upon ALL employees for patience needed for some. Done with smiles instead of frustration. Allowing Residents to add input in everyday needs. My husband has moved into Arabella of Kilgore Senior Living. It's three miles from my house. It's a beautiful facility. He has a nice room. The people there are very, very nice and very helpful. The food is okay. It's not the way I cook, but it's good. They have several programs during the day. When I go there to visit him, a lot of people are engaged in these programs, like games or doing things out in the dining room. My husband doesn't participate. He likes to stay by himself, though. Wonderful Staff

Everyone here is so sweet and caring. They worked with me on a very tight timeline to get my spouse in and settled upon his release from a hospital stay. Unfortunately my spouse passed away within a few days of moving in, but I am so glad he was here to receive the care he needed.
