My parents [name removed] and [name removed]lived at assisted living in Longview for 15 months and independent living for 4 years. I can't say enough of the staff and care they gave to them. Thanks so much for the quality of care and love given. They miss you all. Overall, our experience at this facility has been good so far. If I had to do it over again, I'd still choose this facility, but there have been a few challenges. There's been a lot of turnover, which causes things to be inconsistent. Housekeeping, for example, varies. The cleanliness of the facility is good, but my loved one's living area varies from good to really good. I will say, the smell of urine used to be noticeable most times when I would visit, but has totally gone away in the last 3 weeks or so. That's b…
