PositiveTour was easy to arrange with a phone call. The people we met were kind and competent and answered all of our questions. The facilities are relatively new and are well maintained. The real-time interactions among residents and the attentive staff were reassuring to observe. We received helpful data sheets, and I returned the next day to get on the Arbor Ridges waiting list.

At this point I think all 1 through 8 are rated 5 in my opinion. We are very pleased! The staff has been able to answer all of our questions clearly and quickly. The entire facility inside and out is very clean and in top condition. The meals have been well planned and have been very good. The overall value for services provided versus cost is very good.

Now that my mom has been there been a year, I can say that the amount of activities, cleanliness and communication is still just as nice and consistent compared to when she first moved in. My mom has made friends and meets twice a day to play cards with her friend group in addition to the other activities. The staff (with the exception of maintenance) is phenomenal, so kind and very helpful. The maintenance is definitely an issue. My mother has had a couple of issues inside her apartment and filed work orders. The maintenance staff never shows up in a prompt manner until I have to get involved and reach out to management. It's frustrating. The food and wait staff in the dining room has had significant turnover and the quality had been sub-par at times but they are working hard at trying to make it better. Overall, w…

We went to Arbor Ridge at Huntersville, and we were very pleased, but their rooms were tiny. It was a very nice community. It was new. They were friendly. It's just that the room sizes were too small. The staff who gave the tour was very nice and informative.
