I visited this facility

I toured Arcadia Retirement Village, and it was awful. It smelled so bad when you walked in the door. You could tell that it used to be a beautiful old Catholic church-not the church part, but maybe the rectory part, and that's what it looked like on the outside. It's a very old building, which was fine, but they should have kept up. The staff couldn't give me a tour, but she said I could look around. I wish I hadn't looked. I went out to the back of the garden, so I looked outside, and now all …

Administrator is RUDE

This Administrator named [name removed], is very arrogant and rude. We are trying to get one of their patients in order to get the real picture of the situation but he is not cooperative at all and rudely answering our inquiry. Hoping that this will not happen to you. Please do something about this because it's a reflection of the whole facility. We think that he is not happy with what he is doing.

I was a resident at this facility I lived there a few months things I needed to be fixed never got fixed and I addressed to the administrator of the facility named Gil he never answered my requests I got sick ended up in the hospital and they sent me to the hospital with just a sleeping gown only. they did it allow me to return to the facility and They kept my TV and my things that I only have and I still don’t have my belongings till this day I have called them many of times to get my things back and they still do…

Arcadia Retirement Village was very nice. The staff was very nice. The rooms were like studios. I saw a library. The property was a little dark, but they're very pleasant.

Arcadia Retirement Village are OK. I can't say it's great, but it's a nice and good enough place. The apartments are nice, spacious, clean, comfy, and home-like. The food is OK, but it's not the greatest, like hospital food. The dining room is nice and comfy. The staff are nice people, and the activities are nice. This is almost second to home.

The Community Is Very Nice

My mom seems to have adjusted well since being relocated here. She was in a nice community prior but it was too far away and this one was a little closer to me so I moved here. So far everything seems to be going well. The staff is friendly and attentive to her. I am assuming she is liking the food she really hasn't said in regards to that. She hasn't mentioned whether or not she is doing any of the activities or social events.
