PositiveWell, to be honest, my mother never actually moved in to Arden Court as she was put into hospice the day she was supposed to move in. The administrative staff was an absolute five out of five, as well as the cleanliness and the friendliness. I have no doubt if my mom did move in the quality of care would have been five as well. The Director was understanding, knowledgeable. I also might add a place for MoM was also a huge help to me in the process of finding care for my mother. I give you guys a five star review a…

PositiveMenu seems ok but I've not witnessed a meal. Staff is very attentive and friendly. You can tell they're invested in keeping residents happy and truly getting to know them. Very well maintained, security is very good, and communication has been excellent so far. It is expensive but you get what you pay for. Room is pretty standard but that is intentional because they want residents out and engaging.

PositiveArden Courts has been a very good choice for my husband. The staff is attentive and friendly. The activities have made him more alert and sociable. His room is always clean. All in all I think it has been a very good choice for my husband.

PositiveI cannot say enough about the team at Arden Courts Allentown! I’ve worked in healthcare for 30 years, and while this is not my first experience finding memory care for a loved one, it is by far my best experience! My mother-in-law has dementia, and when her husband was hospitalized, she was not safe at home alone. We needed to move her urgently. Because she refused to accept help or support her entire life, we anticipated the transition to be very difficult for her. Much to our surprise, she adjusted quickly and h…

CriticalWe went to Arden Courts of Allentown. The place is not quite as nice aesthetically. It's not bad, it's just memory care, and they don't have both personal and memory care. The staff was nice enough, gave us a tour, and answered some questions we had. We just went down the hallways, saw a room, the dining area, and they were okay. The rooms might have been a little small.

PositiveArden Courts is the right place for people with dementia. They let them live their own lives and are very Interactive with all of the residents. All of the staff are cheerful and always willing to help in any way. I will say there have been a number of falls both with my friend and many other residents, but I'm not sure what they can do about that given the current rules. The wonderful thing about their standards is anytime there's a fall or the resident acts out and needs to be medicated in any way the facility…
