The staff and care is really good. The food is good and usually hot. His room is large with its own bathroom, but it could be kept cleaner. We would recommend this community to other families based on the experience.

We have had a great experience. All of the staff is professional and caring. The assisted living facility is great. I would recommend it to anyone. My only issue is that my husband (68 y) is 12 yrs younger than the next youngest- but that was true of all the places we went. Food is varied and healthy. They seem responsive to any complaints/requests. My husband has therapy at Good Sgephetd and sometimes they have trouble getting him there BUT Good Shepherd actually comes to Parkland Manor for therapy, my husband i…

The food is good. The staff seems to do a good job with care. There are a lot of activities for the residents. The room sizes are large for a single occupancy. The cleanliness is hit or miss. Good Shepherd rehab seems to be very effective. Overall its a good experience for my step father.
