We would rate it a 4 out of 5. The staff is attentive to the resident needs and also let them go about their day. There are activities and they encourage all to join in and my mom is doing that more often now. I have limited exposure to food but was there for lunch this week and my mom ate all of lunch! Cleanliness is good and as my mom is sharing a room (which is what we wanted), it is a little small - but that 'encourages' her to be more active and walk around and join activities. 5 for all it's a great community with caring staff. The rooms are perfect - you can decorate to look like a little bit of home. The staff know all the residents even if they're from a different section. They engage the residents and meet them where they're at. They have plenty of activities for those who can and want to participate. They have secure walking trail around the facility so residents who like to wander can do so safely and there's always a staff member out there doing laps with them to ensure they don't…

Arden Courts of Cherry Hill seemed to be very well run. The director was very engaged with the residents, even during the tour, and seemed to know them on a personal basis, as well as their family members. It seemed like the residents were well taken care of. We only interacted with the front desk and the director, and they were both very pleasant. Visually, just walking through, it seemed clean.

My mom was a resident for approximately 9mos. She was well cared for by the staff at Arden. They worked with her while she was adjusting to her new environment and eventually became more comfortable being there. My family and I were at ease with the care and concern for my mom. Their administrative staff communicates well and is open to hearing from family. It's a simple place that meets their basic needs, but also provides them with a safe place, while staff takes great care of them.
