CriticalI am a current independent living resident. Although I believe current management is trying, there ar multiple issues that need to be addressed: 1. The gutter on the west side of my cottage is on the ground and has been that way for quite awhile , as of 7/25/26 the irrigation system is not functioning nor is the gate or fountain, also the baking part of my range is not useable. The good news is housekeeping & grounds are excellent. Assuming there will be another rent increase at the first of the year, unless there …

CriticalI was concerned about the outside of the independent living space. The roofs were not maintained. The independent space was nice and big but too expensive. I didn't not get a warm feeling from staff and they did not have Longevity. They don't do Medicaid. They did have a full menu and activity calendar.

Ashley Pointe Senior Living had cottages, so that was a plus for them. They had 14 cottages for independent living and they were nice. It's just that the location plays an important part. The staff was very nice. If you would take the resident's ages, they would be probably an older group of people, but it's a nice setting. The food was good.
