Based on a few limited observations I see a lot of opportunities that would improve efficiency. My observations/suggestions are intended to allow you to begin to look for many more opportunities for improvements in efficiency and possibly reduce workload. A couple of my suggestions might not be feasible as I am looking at it based on a superficial observation. 1) At the beginning of each shift have a 5 minute stand up meeting to discuss any issues requiring special attention.
