CriticalCharlotte Stephenson Manor is ONLY for assisted living.
They made us leave there. Turns out, the "extra care/memory care" they advertised is not really available. [name removed] has dementia. As it progressed, he sometimes acted out in ways they didn't want to deal with. And then when we had lined up another home for him, the staff gossiped about [name removed] to the assessor, and they rescinded their offer. We think they took great care of my mother while she was in their care. I would give them 5 stars. The only thing that bothered me was the fact that they told me our cost would be [removed]dollars a month and we would get a free month for choosing them. As soon as we had her moved there they told us the free month was no longer available and our new cost would be [removed] per month. I got over it pretty quickly but thought it was worth mentioning.
