Beaver lake Lodge is a beautiful facility. The staff are warm and caring and my mom is happy there. My only concern is the level of attention to health details. They were administering one of her medications wrong and had her as a" full code" when she is a DNR. Fortunately, those errors have been corrected

My mom is in the assisted living facility of Beaver Lake Lodge Assisted Living. We chose it because the cost was very good for an assisted living facility. It's small, so it feels very personal. There are only 16 residents there, so this fits more. It's more ranch-style and only one level. My mom can get up and walk up, but she can't use stairs and walks with a walker. My mother moved to Beaver Lake Lodge Assisted Living in Derry. We chose it because it suited her needs. She doesn't really need any nursing help or anything like that. The place was also a lot smaller and wasn't like an institutionalized place or a big apartment complex, and she needed something more down-home. Her apartment is very nice. Beaver Lake Lodge Assisted Living is a hidden gem. The facility is immaculate but what stands out the most is the caring staff. They provide meals, administer prescribed medications and offer activities for the residents to participate in. Several times a year there are family activities. We are blessed to have found a good match for our loved one.
