CriticalAssisted Living of Arab was unpleasant. The rooms were dirty. They smoke right outside the front door and all that smoke goes inside. They don't do any activities. They showed me a shower where my mother would have showered because it wasn't in her room, and it was dirty. There's no way I could leave her there. It's a lot cheaper, but I couldn't do that to her. The sitting area was dirty as well. It needed repainting.

PositiveMy cousin has been there for about 4 weeks. It's nice, about 25 miles from my house. It's a 16-room unit and it's newer. She has 1 bedroom and a private bath. It was big enough for us to put a lot of furniture including her recliner and TV. Although she's going out into the main living area and sits there, which is helping her lot.
