My sister is in the memory care unit, and while the staff is, for the most part, very friendly and caring, I feel there is a lot of room for improvement. The biggest concern is the lack of meaningful activities. Residents eat breakfast, then many go back to bed. The same thing happens after lunch and dinner. They have a monitor that lists scheduled activities and the daily routine, but I rarely see those activities actually taking place. I spend a lot of time there and have even stayed overnight a couple of times,…

Personnel are always friendly, efficient and dependable. When experience a problem that problem is taken care of and solved as soon possible. Activities are regent and avaliable to all residents who would like to participate. The bus trips are well organized with a competent safe driver.
