A friend of mine was placed in this facility. She suffers from early-stage dementia. She is left alone most of the day, with no activities or care. She no longer knows how to use a phone, so unless a loved one happens to be there when I call (I live in a different state), I can never reach her. No one even helps her answer the phone. Each time I am able to speak with her, I hear other residents screaming, and some simply walk in on her in her own, supposedly private, room and begin yelling at her. Not a good situat…
