There is no buy in at this place and it does show. Our loved one has to wait a long time for someone to come and our loved one needs help to use the restroom. We have now supplement with private caregivers.

The Astoria Park facility is an amazing place for my mom. We needed something quickly and they were able to accommodate us and support us in the transition. The staff are very friendly and always greet you warmly. The facility is both clean and top notch. The meals are freshly prepared. The chef came personally to greet my mom and ask her about food preferences and ways to support her. We are still having some problems with Medical and payment that we were told was good. I liked that Astoria Park Senior Living was a very nice, very clean facility. Everything seemed in order. It seemed to be a well-managed property. The guide seemed fairly knowledgeable about the services and programs. Overall, I was impressed with the facility. They have a very nice dining space. I learned that residents could also have their meals in their rooms, but at an extra cost, which I wasn't pleased about. It was an $8 cost for every meal they had in their room.
