PositiveVery welcoming to strangers and new residents. Felt very much like home. It is small and in a small town which was mom's biggest request and they fit it perfectly. My only concern was the coordination /communication between hospice and the home was not efficient at all. I do believe it was Hospice that was to fault though

PositiveWe loved Home Again Columbus. It met all of our needs. We toured through it. The apartments were lovely. They're not fancy, but they're very nice. The staff was great; she was really good. She spent quite a bit of time with us and answered all our questions. We looked at the menu and it's fine. My husband is a vegetarian, and they have accommodations for that.

PositiveHome Again Columbus was a very nice place, well run and well kept. Both the supervisor and RN nurse were pretty good. They took us through and answered all our questions about everything we needed to know. They showed us a one-bedroom suite. The main living room was large and so was the bedroom. PositiveMy friend moved into Home Again Columbus. They haven't filled up yet, but they don't take Medicare. So if you need more care, the price per month goes up. However, they already have hospice called in. When hospice comes in and as they do more, the amount that they take for being there goes down because hospice would take Medicare.
