Positive

Excellent communication for our loved one

Korean family member assisted living was hard but knowing that I always had an open door policy and at any time I could call and my phone calls answered I was very comfortable with decision of placing my family member there thank you for a great job this living

Location is rural and lovely. Facility is run down, seems dirty. Not enough privacy. Residents seemed bored. Staff was rather brusque.
