CriticalActivities, cleanliness and room size are all very good. Food is bad at best, tiny portions, some basically inedible fried foods, undercooked chicken. Some truly good staff members, but the turnover in aids is very disruptive. The building is getting long in the tooth and they are slow to fix where needed.
★★★★★
PositiveMemory Care: The hands on staff have all been attentive and caring, excellent. Current activity staff are very engaging. Definitely try to get every resident to attend the activities, go to their rooms to encourage participation. Food Dinner food is brought to the units' heated prep stations from the main kitchen 1 1/2 to 2 hours before dinner is actually served to the residents.

Positive[name removed] listened and helped a lot. We are still considering what to do and may be back in touch in a month or two.
★★★★★
PositiveThe facility is very nice and very well kept. The staff is lovely. They friendly, caring and responsive. The activities are varied and my mom enjoys them very much. There is usually some sort of exercise in the morning and then some kind of game, craft, etc. In the afternoon. My mom enjoys the food for the most part and there is always good variety offered. There is also ice cream available at every meal which she loves. And there is a small cafe open during the day that serves coffee, small sandwiches, snacks and …

PositiveFrom the moment we stepped through the door and witnessed an entourage of Atria residents on their way to activities, chit chatting with each other and greeting us with big smiles…to the moment we brought our loved to tour, Atria is 100% our family’s Goldilocks community; everything is “Just Right!”
★★★★★
CriticalThey do have some truly dedicated staff, but the age of the facility is really showing in terms of things breaking like the heaters air conditioners and water heaters. The nursing staff also is limited to strictly servicing those folks that need the meds administered to them. There is no true assistance like diabetes monitoring, Band-Aids and the sort, or other assistance type needs
