We worked with [name removed], who was very nice and extremely accommodating. Can't say enough good things about here. We also loved Atria as a beautiful facility with very happy residents. My stepmother decided against moving there based solely on the fact that it would have required her to move 100 miles away from the city where her friends and doctors are. Everything else about it was perfect.

Apartment size is normal. Atria el Camino garden has two restaurants but one is constantly closing due to staffing shortages. The service for food tends to be a little slower then my mom likes. They just raised prices but still having staffing issues. They did the laundry and lost my moms sheets for her bed. So in general the staffing issues a issue

PositiveI met with one of the Community Sales Directors who was generous with her time. She provided me with information about the community and answered my questions and helped me understand what I might see with my husband as dementia progresses. She then gave me a tour of the community and then we followed up with further discussion about how medical services are provided. It was a very good learning experience for me.
