PositiveVery nice place in great location.
Staff is really friendly and very engaged. Apartment size is adequate and has a nice balcony. Different entrances and elevators throughout building making thing more convenient. The staff is always cleaning and asking if you need anything. The grounds are very well taken care of. A lot of good activities like musical guest, field trips, bingo and many more. Food is good and they have 2 different menus for you to choose from. One with daily specials and one with Food that is available every day.

The process of getting her in there was wonderful. Flora did an amazing job keeping in contact, answering questions, and welcoming [name rmeoved]. The facility is very clean. Her room is very spacious and we love the fact that there are several activities throughout the day that she can choose from.

PositiveOverall, the facility is beautiful and well maintained. I met with [Name Removed] and he was a pleasure to speak with; I could tell he cares about his job and the residents. The only negative is the facility does not offer the care needed for dementia patients; if my dad's memory declined and he became confused or started to wander, I would need to move him out of that facility to a different one.

In addition to what I mentioned in my first review that covered most of the items, the facility and apartments are kept very clean and the staff take pride in keeping it that way. My stepmother was in a one-bedroom apartment with a separate living room and she had a balcony. The size of her apartment was just right for a single, elderly individual.

My father can be a handful and they still take great care of him. Multiple patios, benches, gazebos and outdoor spaces for residents to enjoy. I can't say enough good things about this place. My mother also lived there approx. 15yrs ago. I had the same experience with this place back then too.
