Atria Larson Place

The staff was very knowledgeable during the tour and information session. There was always someone to call with any questions. There are always activities planned. This facility was selected for my Mom. Everyone there made Mom’s transition from out of state to Atrium seamless.

Horrible Experience

After the papers were signed and the money was paid, that's when they explained that they were a social model (which I never heard of before). They kept calling me about my mother's behavior. She was being sent to the hospital every few days. They suggested that she go to Masonicare to have her medication assessed. She was there for 3 weeks. When they were contacted about her release, they did not respond. They basically abandoned her and we had to rush to find another place for her. She never got back to where she…

Very pleased with the overall experience

Staff have been very caring and professional. Facility is clean and well maintained. They promote activity and engagement with and among the residents.

Friendly staff

Location and safety is good, builds a sense of community. Food quality is poor. Apartment and room size is appropriate. Price increase this year was substantial.

Poor experience. Do not promote this facility. They can be honest and explain what the social model is before you sign the contract. They assessed my mother while she was in a rehab, agreed to take her. After she moved in, they repeatedly sent her to the hospital. We followed the suggestion to send her to [name removed] and have her medication assessed. After 3 weeks, the social worker made several calls for Atria to assess her. They never came, abandoned her. Mom's happy place!

They went out of the way for us. The staff are wonderful and the care was superb! They kept in touch with me all the time, whether by phone or when I stopped by! I highly recommend Larson Place for family members!
