PositiveMy mom moved into The Landing of North Haven. I'm pleased with their level of care and attention for my mother. She has been in the hospital a few times since she's been there, and they followed through by calling us and figuring out what the appropriate actions should be. I'm pleased. It's clean, and they care for her. The activities kept her busy. She would rather be at home, but this is the closest thing we could get to home. It's a one-bedroom that she shares. PositiveWe went to The Landing of North Haven. The facility was really beautiful. It was nice and airy. They sent me some cookies, and the cookies were good. The rooms were big enough. They looked comfortable. The place itself was very clean. The staff was wonderful. Everybody was wonderful.

PositiveThe staff is very helpful and very kind. They are very, very good to my mom. It is a little bit expensive, but worth the money. I would and already have recommended The Landing of North Haven to others I know.
★★★★★
PositiveThey are very friendly and care about the clients. We recently moved her into memory care . Not quite as much to do. Receptive to requests. Rooms are private. Some have a shared bathroom. They are great size.

He didn't like the fact that he lost his home to go into assisted living, so he didn't have a good opinion of it initially, but he came to like it after a while. They have live music 2 or 3 times a week and a happy hour a couple of times a week. They have strengthening exercises, movie night, people who come in, and a recreational area for ping pong, pool cards, and bingo. They have a lot to do. The staff members were all very professional and …
