Overall good experience

Atria is extremely well-run and organized. The staff are highly professional and dependable. The facility is clean and cheerful. The studio apartment is large with a picture window that lets in lots of natural lighting. There is a small sink, mini refrigerator and cupboard in the kitchen area. Review for Atria Summit Ridge

Over the top helpful. I was in Atlanta so I could not be there for our tour. So they went and did a virtual tour and showed me the entire location and all the people in it. Can't beat that. That's first class. They were amazingly helpful.

Excellent first impression. The openness of the entry/lobby design and the overall flow into the dining area from there was nice. The communal living room and patio area are visible from the entryway. Very welcoming. Great use of space. We were greeted by the receptionist and waited a very short time for the facility representative, Natasha. Natasha gave us a thorough presentation, including pricing. I am in Atlanta GA so I couldn’t take a live tour however, Natasha took me on a virtual tour and I was impressed! My sister however visited the facility earlier this week and found it to a beautiful place.

Lovely facility. A bit more than our budget would like. [name removed] was very welcoming on my tour. Sister and mom visited later. Mom loved Brookdale and we are moving forward. I think she’ll be very happy there. Would definitely recommend Atria, though. Thank you.

We visited the Atria Summit Ridge's assisted living. What I like most is that it has a terrific view of the valley. The people are also friendly, nice, and professional. Some employees I've seen seem to be enjoying their work there and were very helpful. We did not try the food, but they did invite us to give them a call and let them know when we want to try lunch or dinner. Their menus looked pretty good. The facility was also super clean.
