Very helpful with the transition after loosing her husband and having to move from her home. Staff is very nice. The cost is reasonable for the care provided. The meals provided are very flexible and satisfying.

Autumn House Williamsburg is a lovely facility. My mom’s room is kept very clean and she says the meals are quite good. The staff is amazing: everyone (custodial, food service, resident assistants, admin) are very friendly and considerate. I am so glad my mom is at Autumn House.

My parents are at Samaritas Senior Living Traverse City. The location is near me. The staff is very helpful. They seem to be attentive and attend to whatever is needed quickly. They have the library, sewing club, movies, church services, cards, and crossword puzzle group. They have a gym, they have physical therapists that come in, and they have a podiatrist that comes every once in a while. We visited this community while looking into some temporary care options for a loved one. We were very impressed by Hope Village! The staff here was very friendly, and all came out to greet us when we arrived. I liked the way they interacted with the residents, and I also like that they are connected to the Lutheran Church. I would feel comfortable letting them look after my loved one!
