Positiveso far so good
The staff members have been super friendly and every time we visit the place is kept clean. We don't get to visit all that much but when we do get to speak with our loved one she says she is really happy with the means and dining service. She plays bingo, goes outside, goes to the rec room so it seems like they keep her pretty busy. We are happy with the value so far and we would recommend Autumn Ridge to other families.

PositiveVery Happy Autumn Ridge
My Mom and Dad are getting excellent care at Autumn Ridge, Kerman. They have lived in three previous facilities and this one has been the best fit for their needs. My Mom is full time wheelchair bound and the caregivers are very reliable and efficient in their care of her. They check on her every few hours and are friendly and respectful. The food has been a bit institutional and not so much to their liking, but we keep them supplied with snacks they like so they have gotten along just fine.

CriticalAutumn Ridge is in a rural area. It is clean and well organized and has sitting areas, in and out, TV room, dining room, activity room,etc. Even the smallest "guest room" was a nice size. But I found it "sterile". Very quiet, no music, very little activity. Not good for someone used to more home activity; i.e., pets, grandchildren, DIY projects, etc. Mr. Hunt was very nice and helpful. Answered all my questions and I didn't feel rushed.
