CriticalOur very first facility to visit. We could not find, then when we did my husband said I hope this is not it. Outside not kept. Marie was not there. Lady who showed us around was nice, did not speak English well. Residents were sat in front of TV, man working there we were told did not look professional. We were not impressed. No toilet paper in bathroom, not kept. After going to 2nd facility, we would rate this poor. Sorry
