Overall, I feel that Hawthorne Inn has been a better value for my mom than the previous facility she lived in. The staff are friendly, caring, and treat my mom like family, which means so much to me. I also really appreciate that she has her own private apartment. At her previous facility, she had a roommate and shared a bathroom, yet we were paying the same price. Having her own space at Hawthorne has been a significant improvement. My biggest area of concern is the food. I feel that the quality is subpar, and I …

The following is based on our observations prior to and at the end of the respite period. The staff were very friendly and provided services with a positive and caring attitude. The food that was served was well prepared. The facility along with the shared room was clean and was adequate in size. Medications were administered as prescribed as verified by written records. Socialization between staff and other residents was very good. Overall, we were very pleased with Hawthorne Inn.

My apartment is very nice and spacious. The location is excellent, it's centrally located with easy access to everything.
