My wife was at Avamere Rehabilitation of Clackamas. It was a nice facility. I was satisfied with the experience. The personal care that my wife received from the caretakers there was very good. She was in a two-person room, but she was alone in the room, and it was very nice. She let me go in there and spend all the time I wanted to with her. They had an exercise room and a separate area where you could sit and talk without having a lot of other people around you. The staff was fantastic. They couldn't have do…

Bare minimum care provided. Resident soiled self and sat in it, if family wasn’t there to assist to bathroom and/or change soiled brief. Long, long wait times before call button is answered. Management brags about “industry standards” when you try to address any concerns. Medications not always given on time. Short staffed. Dirty facility. Meals were questionable. Ordered PT and OT didn’t happen many days yet they billed for it.. Ridiculous over billing to Medicare for the very subpar care provided. Absolutely woul…
