CriticalNeeds new management
This place has gone downhill the last year. If anyone would like a true picture of how things are run then you should come on a weekend or after 5 on a weekday. Depends on who’s working. It could be so much better. I would seriously put a camera in your loved one’s room. You’ll see what I’m talking about. It’s funny that after a negative review it’s employees that post positive comments.

The staff is amazing. They treat everyone with kindness & go above & beyond to be helpful. The entire staff, especially the nurses & aids & the cleaning staff & maintenance staff, interact with each of the residents making them feel like they are at home. I would recommend this facility to anyone. They communicate with the family & take time to explain things.
