PositiveThe staff is very helpful and accommodating . The facility has lots of activities to keep someone busy . My mom has not loved the food especially sundays being brunch often .

PositiveMy husband and I have lived here in a 2 bedroom apartment for almost 2 years. We love it at Aviva. We are well taken care of by the caring staff and there are many activities if you want to participate. The new dining room is beautiful and the food is very good. For all that we get, it is well worth the price.

PositiveWe toured Aviva Senior Living. It was very welcoming, and everybody was very nice. The place was gorgeous, well-kept, and very nice. What I liked least about it was the size of the rooms. The staff was very nice.

One of the things that I didn't like about Aviva was that there was a lot of walking involved, even on the independent side of the facility. I have difficulty walking long distances, so …

PositiveLove the staff. Like the activities. Very happy with the food. Very nice neighbors. A few issues...electricity went out during storm. I would think the generators would Cover the rooms! Shower way too small! I also think for the first week there should be a big sister to help get settled and acclimated.
★★★★★
PositiveI like that Aviva Senior Living is clean and that it doesn't smell. I like the idea of living in a community like that. They have a library, a hair salon, and a swimming pool. The staff who gave the tour was friendly. The dining area looked nice. It was well lit and spacious. The facility looked good. They have concerts and lectures there, too.
