★★★★★
PositiveWe were generally quite happy with Azalea. The residents were very friendly and welcoming to mom. The staff were responsive and helpful. The intake process was smooth. Anything I asked about was responded to. Staff were definitely helpful. The food was good to fair but residents seemed happy with it and there were many options. I observed staff being very caring to residents. The facility was clean. The apartment fully met mom's needs. I like to see the bathroom directly attached to the bedroom but it was just out…

PositiveOverall, we like the food and activities. Although a little more variety on the activities would be good. The staff is extremely friendly and everyone knows my mom by name. I think the inside could use a fresh coat of paint, just to make it more modern. My mom had a very specific list of requirements for a place and Azalea met all of them. We would recommend this community to other families based on the experience

We were there almost every day, and I never saw anything really going on. Everybody was always just quiet in their rooms or just sitting out in the hall or something. PositiveFacility keeps Residents active and involved. Food served is a nice variety. Place is kept clean and sanitized. Residents are active. I have not been getting monthly activities like I use too.
★★★★★
PositiveThe person who handled our visit was very warm and supportive. He took time getting to know my mom and what her needs were for my stepdad, which is a sensitive topic. The facility was great - very warm and inviting, with a beautiful menu and a nice array of activities - it was a great experience!

PositiveFrom the beginning meeting the leasing director [name removed] to the dining room staff I can tell you I highly recommend this community! I am so relieved and pleased with the entire staff and my experience. I know my father is in the best care with compassionate people. The dining room Director as "[name removed]" and her entire dining room staff.
