The time, patience and care the staff put into just speaking to me on the phone was heartwarming. It’s difficult time when trying to find a place for senior loved ones., they made it easy.

I toured Azalea Estates of Shreveport. It's very pleasant, homey, welcoming, and very nice. The staff who gave the tour was pleasant and companionable. There were a couple of folks that we ran into, and they're welcoming, too. It's all in all positive. The dining area was bright and welcoming; it was very much a non-hospital environment. It's more homey. They also have generic activities that almost everybody offers. They have music, movie nights, bingo, and things like that.

Azalea Estates of Shreveport is by far the best of the three I visited, but it is also way more costly than I can afford. It is a magnificent place. There is a stove in the apartment, which makes the price worth it. The other places don't have stoves and you can't cook in them, but you can cook in Azalea. I rate it the highest of all of them. I liked Azalea Estates of Shreveport. They're one of my top ones to maybe go to when I get ready to move in. They were very friendly. I liked the atmosphere. It was very clean. I ate lunch there, and I enjoyed that. It's just a very good community atmosphere. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Azalea Estates of Shreveport was very nice. The price was about the same as the others and the people were OK. Their location was just a little bit farther from my house, but they take you to and from your doctor's appointment and they have other amenities.

Lovely facility - studio was small, couldn't afford the 1-bedroom. Had lunch - the food was great. Staff were all very friendly and residents we spoke with were all positive. Would have chosen this place if their price was more affordable.
