My mom has moved into Azria Health Park Place. The one thing I like about them is I loved how quickly they acted on getting admitted. They worked hard and diligently into keeping in contact with myself, my brother, and the hospital because she was coming from the hospital. I enjoyed the conversations with the people there because you feel like they are not just health care professionals, but it felt like they cared like a family member. My mother-in-law is at Union Park Health Services. We live out of state, but they are wonderful with calling us at anytime if there are any slight issues, like weight loss or a doctor’s recommendation to add anything. When she was not eating, they brought in a nutritionist to find out her needs and what she liked. She is gaining weight again, and I guess she is doing better. They are short staffed like most nursing homes, but overall, our experience has been good.

We had my brother in law at Union Park Health Services for rehab. The staff seemed to take care of him. I am not happy with the doctor's medication program. Other than that, I have not identified any problems with regards to the facility.
