Critical1. 2 really enjoyed all the residents 2. 3 they had a hard time keeping help and went thru many room cleaners. They would come into each room and ask what you wanted them to do. I feel they should plan on cleaning your whole room and if you don't want something they can tell the cleaner. When they ask what you wanted done they had the attitude that they wanted you to say nothing today. To 3. They were friendly enough so I'll give that a 4 4. Quality of care depended on the staff at the time. Some great others no…

PositiveI toured Bailey Pointe Assisted Living at Miracle Hills. It was good. If we were in the market, my loved one would be happy there. I only met the salesperson. She was very knowledgeable, congenial, friendly, and thorough. The facility was fine.

CriticalWe took her there when it was under the previous management. The cost was good and we liked that facility. But when it got taken over, it lost a lot of the good qualities. That's when we moved her to a different facility

PositiveBailey Pointe Assisted Living at Miracle Hills is in the middle of a remodel. They said they're tearing off the carpets and they're fixing the driveway and stuff. They got the siding done so it looks nice outside, but they're still working on the inside. The staff was wonderful. The units that we saw needed to be redone. It's a nice place. It just needs updating.

No one able to help on a weekend. That client had to go to the hospital needing antibiotics due to worsening ( lack of medical staff checking the wound. I would not recommend this facility to anyone . One evening a med tech brought her small child to work and passed meds with her child in a stroller. Said She didn't have anyone to watch…

PositiveThe people at Bailey Pointe Assisted Living at Miracle Hills were very friendly. The pricing was somewhat affordable. Their menus and their food seemed to be pretty nice. I didn't taste any of it, but it smelled very well. I think my mother-in-law will enjoy this place. They were knowledgeable, helpful, answered all our questions, and gave us some suggestions. They were just friendly, happy people. Everything was clean. The rooms seemed pretty good-sized for my mother-in-law. Everything seemed kept up and it s…
